Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.

During your initial consultation, your provider will review your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, and perform an appropriate evaluation based on the service you are considering. Together, you will discuss available treatment options and develop an individualized plan when appropriate.

Your provider will then discuss any treatments, services, or products that will target your concerns and work with you to develop a potential treatment plan. This is the perfect time to ask questions or voice concerns.

If after your initial consultation, you decide to move forward we can schedule your next appointment for treatment.
